This website
This website is a static information page. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics. Like any web server, our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address in short-lived logs, only to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse.
Our Google-connected tool ("GWS Multi Gmail")
We use a private command-line tool to read our own Gmail mailboxes (for example to find invoices and order confirmations). It is used only by its developer, only for mailboxes owned by the developer or by family members who gave permission, and it is not offered to anyone else.
- What it accesses: Gmail messages and labels of those mailboxes, using the permissions the account owner grants on Google's consent screen (mostly read-only).
- Where data is processed: on the developer's own computer. Message contents are not uploaded to our servers and are not stored in a database of ours.
- Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
- Retention and removal: access tokens are stored locally and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local credentials ends all access.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us what data we hold about you, and ask for correction or deletion. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
